I have purchased Nokia Lumia 710 from Space mobile jodhpur 9th Feb with below details:

While purchasing, Nokia executive recommended to buy this model as this is the best option available in the market at Rs 15, 300 price tag.
On the same day when i put my sim inside and got the first call, THE call does not disconnected. It went on hanging mode with other functions becoming non-operative. Dealer from which I purchased asked me to visit Nokia service center (jodhpur) for software updation. I went their & spent couple of hours for software updation, but of no use as handset still had same issues.
Today, thru internet i came to know this issue exists in many of Nokia Lumia 710 handset & Nokia which is considered as the best/reliable handset manufacturer in India hasn't worked out anything to overcome this problem.
Its a serious matter which NOKIA should address ASAP.
I would like to claim a refund of Rs 15, 300 from Nokia for this.
Nokia company is cheating people by selling the handset lumia because they handset has
software problem, the problem is this that the call is not getting disconnceted even after the user disconnects the call..
The fact is that even nokia has accepted that they have this fault..but what will happen to the consumers..we are being harrased for no reason..
1. call disconnect problem
2. bettery backup problem
3. 3g speed problem
4. mobile hang and auto restart problem
5. Network problem
Either we should get a replacement with any other model or i want my money back...
please the concerned person help us to solve this problem.
