Wrong billing

I am having airtel land line connection NO.08042131234. I had requested for shifting of telephone during September-09. The operator asked that time when to disconnect the telephone. I told him to disconnect the telephone with immediete effect. The provider was not able to shift the telephone due to not avaiilaiblity of signal. In the mean while the company is regularly sending me the bill. My request for providing me a copy of my telephonic talk with the operator does not yield any result. Now, i want to go to consumer foram against the company for illegal billing. Kindly provide me a copy of my tel-talk with the operator so that i can fight against the company.
