Non Activation of Postpaid sim card

I had bought a Airtel Postpaid mobile number 9663252627 on Thursday 22/11, when i bought they said it will be activated on Saturday 24/11. But till now it is not activated. I had called so many times to the customer care but it is of no use. They are not responding properly. Then i went to Airtel Outlet at Kormangala, Bangalore. they are telling that it will take 5 days to get activated. mean while i have sent a mail to [email protected], there is no response from this also. So what do you expect a customer to do in this case.. How many days you will take to activate a sim card. If you are not able to provide a service they why you have to run this..
