Dongel not work properly

Dear Sir

I have 3g dongel the brand name is AIRCEL & manufacurer is MICROMAX COMPANY.last two month i use ur dongel now it is not working properly. Iam going to ur MICROMAX AMRITSAR COMMUNICATION company service centre & the guy met with him Mr VISHAL.& he give us lame excuses for nt accepting the defective piece. they are not ready entertained then we deeply regret the if given to the customer complaint then it is going to give to very bad name to the company. He is not give me a satifactory answered.
