I am a customer of AIRTEL cellular mobile services at Bangalore since 10 years.
My cell no. Is 9845997663.
I want to shift to VODAFONE cellular services by using the mobile portability services introduced recently and I have initiated the process for the same on 12th Feb and as a receipt acknowledgment I have got the portability code (Porting ID AX548467) with validity up to 26th Feb But still, M/s AIRTEL is not activated my service. Therefore, kindly take necessary follow up step and activate my number in VODAFONE by changing from AIRTEL.
I requested AIRTEL to let me change the services by using portability service.
It would be very kind and really appreciative if you could help me out in resolving the problem at the earliest.
Kindly look into this matter and do the needful.
