I was using an Airtel no 9755555198 from past two years. I bought that no. from Airtel office. Last Saturday i lost my cellphone and so the sim was gone. Sim was successfully blocked after verifying my Id, And now when i went to airtel costumer care to ask for duplicate sim of the same no.9755555198 the man on phone says that the no. is not on my Name
