Airtel 3G no network, but unfair billing

AirTel though it is advertising all over about 3G, it does not have 3G network in all towers. Their services is below average. Except for first one week, there as no time I saw "H" (HSPDA) on my mobile. It was always EDGE. The speed is so bad even streaming radio at 24kbps is buffered frequently.

Now after one month of EDGE speed with 3G plan of Rs.450 per month for 600 MB. I got unbilled charges for data as Rs.10, 000. After their discount the cost for me is Rs.5400/-. What the hell is this? The technical support person who visited to analyse the 3G speed problem acknowledge that 3G is not from all towers. But all through outer ring road I didn't get 3G speed (H).

The billing problem for data usage is the second time in 3 years. Earlier also their technical team claimed they gave me 2.5 Mbps speed with their GPRS network!!

The support and also the nodal officers are waste. They only send long canned responses for small information. Their network and billing are horrible. No wonder their stocks have fell down last 3 years.
