WRONG BILLING

MY NUMBER 9866034444 is totally wrong billing/excess billing. I wrote 5 to 6 mails to airtel customer care but i didnt get a perfect reply from them. I even though requested them to raise a discount on remaming amount and asked to settle down my account and close it. total excess billing was approx 3000/-. PLZ settle down the issue as soon as possible.
