My name is vikram. My mobile number is 9618122413-prepaid. I have activated 1 day internet pack worth 10 rupees on my mobile. But the pack has been automatically renewed with any intimation on my mobile and balance is deducted from my main balance. It happened to me number of times in last month please solve my problem.
