MY MOBILE NUMBER IS 9944944638 .YESTERDAY (04.07.2012) I TOPPED UP WITH RS26 FOR SMS PACK IN AIRTEL. BUT THE NEXT DAY I SEND A MESSAGE, THE MOBILE PROVIDER DEBITED RS 1.00 IN MY MAIN ACCOUNT. I WILL CALL THE CUSTOMER CARE, BUT THEY DOESNOT RESPONSE THE PROBLEM, FINALLY MY MOBILE NUMBER BLOCKED IN THEIR CUSTOMER CARE LIST. WHAT TYPE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE THIS IS? VERY BAD CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES. PLS HELP ME!
