No acess in roaming and sim deactivation

Dear sir

I have taken pre paid sim from one local dealer in Bangalore and that time the delear told me it will be activated with in 1hr but i has not happend .and i went back next day 2 him he told me i given your doquments already, i will check with the executive. mean time i have called airtel customer care people they told that i have to give document again . so i gave again .it worked. but after few days again iam facing same kind of problem..i call to airtel customer care explaining about above background, they rectified the problem

My sim is from karnataka (Bangalore) but i printed brouchers worth 1, 50, 000 rs and i distributed that brouchers in Assam by keeping that number in that brouchers. before printing brouchers only i enquired with airtel customer care wheather my number will work in Assam (roaming) r not. they told it will work. Upto kolkata it worked, but after reaching Assam it didnt worked. Immediately i called airtel customer care through my friend in bangalore explaining about the roaming problem.

We given complaint on 28th June they told that day that it will work with in 7th july but it didnt happened. Again and again we contacted customer care telling that some times msg is coming as No access and sometimes msg is coming as sim registration failed. but after that many days now they r telling that take duplicate sim and activate again. but my documents is with me in assam so it is not possible to go and take in bangalore. Because of all these i lost huge amount of money on brouchers and my valuble time. So sir Pls suggest me the solution that in what way I can recover my loss of money and time and in what way we can take the actionb on them
