Had my number 9611888991 in safe custody as of 16-sep, but air tel is billing me for the number till end of Oct. I am in constant touch with airtel customer service for the same and they failed to resolve my request of consolidated bill as of 16-sep. I have conveyed my intension to pay the bill once my request is addressed and I conveyed the same by email and through phone.
Issue:
I received call on 16-dec, addressing him self as Airtel legal and asking me to settle all out standing bill including for the month of Oct. I Asked them to look at the case history and requested me to send one consolidated bill as of 16-sep.
After which he stared abusing me over the phone and I requested him to resolve the issue legally instead of arguing over the phone. He failed to do so and following are the un ethical and un social behavior from the person.
1) When I asked him to take up the case legally, he said he know how to collect money from me thru' illegal process.
2) He said he will call all the numbers I called from my number my friends and family and disturb them. This clearly shows my privacy is lost and airtel is sharing my call details with in their departments for their use.
3) He used derogatory language like mother fucker, bull shit etc, which is so insulting.
