Verification delay for the new sim

I am working for Del services & i purchased a new cooprate sim for my wife under

my name. Ihave submitted all the legal documents . i had purschased the sim in

1st week of december. The verification people had come to my offfice & hoem

address. Since i was in meeting i was not able to meet the person who had come

for verifcation. On 3rd december i called the Airtel customer care & infomred

that i was not able to meet the person so please donot block my sim. Supervisor

by name Gopinath had taken my complaint & he assured me that this wil be taken

care off. On monday that is on 6th my out going & sms were banned stating that

address verification failed. I called once again to the customer care they said

it wil be resolved in next 24 - 48hrs & they wil send for re verifivcation. At

the same time my shift changed to night shift & my work timings is ftrom 9 pm - 6

am. I also told him that i am working at night . they said they cant do anything

& i have to be there in teh morning when they come for re verification.

I wanted to escalate this again so they gave me a Nodal officer number i

spoke to Mr. Asif the nodal officer. I was surpirsed that they are least

bothered about the customers he said he can arrange the verification only in his

business hours. I remined him once again that i work at night shift but he said

he culdnt help me much . so i agreed for a reverification but also gave him a

time period informing him that i wil be in office between 5.30 pm - 6.30 pm. He

agreed to that. Next day again i get a cal from vereification department at 1 pm

asking me to sign the documents in 5 mins ion my office. I ahd already told

those supervisor that in teh miorning i wil at home sleeping. I dont knwo what

language i need to speak with them & make them undesrtand. Even when i agve an

appointment they couldnt do it. I escalated te issue to applet officer thats the

highest point of escalation in Airtel thats what they claim. I spoke to Ashwini

they said it wil be taken care off but stil no go . i called again on thursday

they said Ashwini was on leave for 4 days & ramesh wil take care of it, . However

til now it has not been resolved

Being a customer it me who sis usffering. I got a Sim whihc is of no

use. I have shared teh number with everyone but still i cant use it. I dnt knwo

what needs to be done. Can anyone please heklp me
