121 is the customer care number of Airtel, calls to this number is being charged 50p/3min. Most of the time this number keeps customers waiting. Is it right to charge customer for registering their complaints?
I feel, this is not good practice. Airtel might be having several reason for this... but question remains... why customer should be charged for Service provider's Fault?
