I Had given a Complain regarding my POST PAID no :- 9591777159. I had got a bill around 12, 000 and the reason for that is the 3g usage, i was given a wrong information by an AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE PERSON regarding the 3g, he gave me the plan as follows :- 1.25 gb for the cost of 675 and after 1.25 gb, vbc is at 1p/100 kb up-to the max (shield) amount of 2000.post hitting 2000 it will be unlimited . and he told me to send msg and some other plan was activated which i was not aware.
The second reason is my credit limit is 3500, so how can they charge me more than 3500, if the billing amount is getting more than 3500 the service should have been stopped immediately, why it was continued?
i spoke to customer care person called lokesh on 31 st may and he gave me the assurance that the bill will be waved of but it was not waved off have and not heard anything from the airtel .on june 8 th when i again called i spoke to person call Mr Taj and he told he to send the mail to airtel .they gave me complete negative reply. so i am giving this consumer complain.
i even told them IF THE BILLS IS NOT WAVED OF :-
I HAVE ALREADY PORTED OUT FOR AIRTEL AND JOINED VODAFONE, I AM USING OTHER SERVICE OF AIRTEL WHICH WILL ALSO I CANCEL, LIKE I AM USING THE AIRTEL 3G MODEM INTERNET AND NO OF THAT IS 9972800390 AND I AM USING AIRTEL DIGITAL T.V ACCOUNT NO OF THAT IS 3004134832. I WILL BE FORCED TO MOVE AND CANCEL THOSE 2 SERVICE ALSO.
IN spite of that i got a complete horrible negative response from them.
I HOPE THIS LETTER REACHES THE CORRECT person and some immediate action is taken.
