Unfairly charging for the deactivated datacard

Hi,

This is regarding postpaid card no: 9663705052. This is 4th month of it's deactivation and still i use to get ebill. I have allready raised two complaints regarding this issue. Every time i get reply that this has been resolved and with a lot of regret, i have to say today only i got another ebill. Previous time even your employee in the relationship center @ Electronic city told that you need not to pay the amount as its Rs 0.67 and assured that i will not get ebill again.

Do you usually play such game with your customer?

For god shake stop such unprofessional habit and show some honesty with your customer.
