Alance deduction
sir, i had activated a 10 mb pack to just check my mail and i got 10 mb pack from airtel for a rupee
but even before complete usage of the package
that is i had used 9mb and 1 mb was still left but my balance amount in my account had been completely deducted from 17 rs to .07rs
when i had contacted airtel costumer they said it was a technical problem but my amount is not yet refunded please tend to it
this not the first time happening like this
3-4 times this has happened to me, so please tend to this problem
