Resubmission of documents

Hi

I got a new airtel sim a week back. My number is 08197903286

I submiited all the required documents with the photograph. It was verified at the retailer itself.

Now I got a message from airtel stating that I have to resubmit the document. This is not possible on weekdays due to my office timings

So what am i supposed to do? Do reply soon and help me out with this
