Dear Sir,

I have problem with the Airtel customer support. they r just making Fool the public . i m wondring The Airtel is (India, s Biggest) cellualr company as i know . well I m Nitin misra nd having Airtels No 9935108001. i m suffring the problem from last 2 months the problem is Over Billing of my # nd when i call to Airtel Customer care they just told me that soryy sir the system is not working due to upgradation soo we r unabel to shortout ur complain, but same time i ve recived a call from from C.C they asking for paymet sir when u ll make this payment. I am not getting then how can they ask for payment as Airtel's System is in under upgradation. And the problem i m having the airtel # from last 3 to 4 years when i get my # the billing plan was 249 sachin Invitation Plan then after some year i switch to 799 plan advance rental. some any reson i cudnt continue my 799 plan for more then 6 monts but then after my call charges itself convert into 1 Rs per call after that i convert my plan to 499 through airtel website but still i m having the same problem. The call charges is Rs. 1. so its my humbel request to Airtel pls short out my problem nd pls make his Customer care UP to Date. hoping i ll get any solution through you
