Deducting balance

I am using airtel lifetime prepaid connection. From last 2weeks or so i am facing a problem. My balance was deducted and msg is sent by company that thanks for subscribing from airtel but the fact is that i didn't activated the scheme. i had a conversation with airtel costumer care but my problem is not resolved. customer care executive "NAVDEEP" she kept my call on hold for 5 to 10 minutes and then she hung up my call, and once she were rude on me. i am a student and i don't have much time .i already i have wasted my lot of time in talking with costumer care.i am fed of all these problems. please resolved my problem as soon as possible.
