I received a call from the no. 01145652840 in dec'09 for the payment of our airtel dues no's give below.
I have made full & final payment of our airtel a/c no. 12858091 and 13970678 due to no use by the chq no. 635861 dated 08.12.09 of Rs. 3000/- & chq no. 635862 dated 08.12.08 of Rs. 1000/- respectively.
I received noc against airtel a/c no. 12858091 but for the a/c no. 13970678. I tried lots of time to the above said no. for NOC but they reply/assured me that there is no problem, connection has been deactivated and no biiling will be there in future.
But the real problem began with this, I received a bill against a/c no. 13970678 of Rs. 2499/- asking for immidiate payment I told the status to the no. 01145652840 but fund the answer that give this no. to whome who is calling for payments.
Through mail I inform to ([email protected] & [email protected]) on 02.01.09 and I got reply on 05.01.09 that the complaint is under process.
Finally I call on 121 and lodge a complaint (28846444 dated 25.01.10) regarding the same.
Today, again I call the no. 01145652840 to check the status and for NOC as well but I received the answer that I requested to 121 for retain the a/c no. 13970678 on 14.01.09 by my mobile no. 09212390555 I told them that this is wrong I haven't made any call for retain the no. except for NOC and after talking they provide me a complaint no. 1192269521 at 3.15 pm.
So, I want the NOC for the a/c no 13970678 and want to stop billing on this a/c no.
