Dear Sir

Today telephonic conversationl with Mr. Rakesh from your Noida Office, sector 57, regarding the adjustment of unpaid bill against the 599/- plan the bill was raised by your company is Rs. 4000/. monthly bill. This is very unjustified and want to check your side the DSL line is using parallel any where or other mistake. After Sevral time requesting reminder, no action taken aginst the complaint. Finally I was disconnected the Phone and DSL Line.

Now pls do not distrub/harresh me through repeated phone calls, I strictly avoid this type call, and unable to pay unjustified higher bill this is already pass on the msg to your Sh. Sunil Bharti Mittal -CHAIR PERSON -AIRTEL and already forwarded the complaint to the cunsumer foroum.
