Unable to receive call during the roaming

Hi,

I am Ashwani bearing no 09958835203 Delhi sim. During the roaming in Chennai I am unable to receive the calls and also unable to call customer care number 121.

What is happening here I dont know.

Then Why Big AD Airtel Service is given???
