Deduction of 15Rs without confirmation

Hi,

I got message from Airtel 54321 stating that "Thanks for downloading Value Pack" from Airtel. You have been charged Rs.15.

Now I had not contacted Airtel for any Value pack, neither did I download anything. Then why have I got this message?

I tried calling airtel Customer care thrice since yesterday evening and when I dial for English, I end up talking to Customer care representative who talks in Hindi. And when I asked them, they say their system does not show any details of the Value pack added on my number and the are unable to provide a solution for it and just hook up...
