I have a post paid connection of Airtel. Recently Airtel have launched a offer for unlimited Mobile internet at Rs. 98/month. In which they have also mentioned with ** marks that it will be on "Fair usuage Policy. You can browse upto 2 GB per month". so i activated this service on my number. But as i saw my current bill, they have charged me about Rs.804 for GPRS usuage. When i contacted customer care they told me that my unlimited internet service is active but i have done internet access throug Airtel live and not through WAP browsing. This offer is valid only on WAP browsing. As in my mobile i have an icon of internet through which i was using the services, now the GPRS settings are always sent by the service provider and they have set AIRTEL LIVE as the default gateway for internet browsing, which i didn't know and neither is being informed by the service provider. And now the customer care executive is telling me that they can give me Rs. 160 discount as goodwill. Kindly Suggest what should i do.
