Convert plain without notice

Hello sir,

I m rameshwar, my airtel no is 9970847739, my plain name is 'CAMPUS CARD' @0.10p/m calling, but my plain is automatic convert to 0.01p/s, when i m calling to customer care he was telling that your mobile was recharged with Rs.32 on 22.05.2010 but i m not recharge any type of such recharge & he was not allow to convert my old plain.

Could u please help me to get my old plain.
