Network Problem

I stay in Vijay Nagar scheme no.74 area and there Signal is not enough to get a call. There is lot of voice breaking & call drop problems during a call.

I had called so many times to Customer care but no action has been taken yet.

Please help me in getting proper action to resolve the issue.
