Disconnection of connection even after Address verification completed

Hi,

This is Vadivel Kumar working in Cognizant technologies solutions and my contact number is 9894467023 of airtel. It was a prepaid connection. I am using this connection for the past 6 years. Once I entered Cognizant i came to know that there is Corporate SIM services by AIRTEL, hence i had requested to change it to postpaid from prepaid on 24th July.

People from your side came to my address location for verification and the same has been completed on 6th JULY 6.30PM. But i don’t know what suddenly happened all my outgoing and incoming calls are barred by today (10 August) morning. I tried customer care many times but no response, customer care person told me that they cant activate this number to me anymore and i have to get a new number. I don’t what is the reason behind this. Also they informed me that for verification status it is mentioned as "door lock".

Tell me if any procedures need to completed from myside to activate this number so that i can use it. Please do it ASAP. Please take this on high priority. As said i am using this number for past 6 years and it is very important for me.
