Sir,
Unfortunately I opted for Air Tel Connection on 28th November submitted required documents and I was allotted above said number. After that on 5th December. I submitted the documents once again on request of the service provider. Since it was prepaid SIM I recharged for Rs 200/-, meanwhile I circulated the new number to relevant group persons. However on 9th January the number stopped functioning without any information. I failed to obtain satisfactory answer. On visiting Airtel gallery I was told that... it was P.D…which means Permanent Disconnection. Without asking, without informing for no fault on our part how can you dictate like this?
Being Airtel customer are we at mercy of the Company? I am very much troubled and facing lots of difficulties. I am losing my customers; job is badly affected for lack of communication since I do not have land line at home also.
I hereby request you to provide me reason for the said disconnection. Also let us know fault at our side. Prove your genuineness or be prepared to face the music. Last and final opportunity is given by us before taking harsh action. Soon we are going for legal steps asking for compensation as well.
