Facing problem in MNP under port no Al 174233

I am having AIRTEL consumer under Mob No 9816022250 since June. Due to billing Problem i have requested for MNP with BSNL under unique porting ID Al174233 & the Exp date for the same is 3/02.

I have already cleared all my dues with AIRTEL on 02/02 at their AIRTEL office but inspite of that my request has been regected for NON payment. Receipt is lying with me.

Pls need your kind intervention to resolve the issue ASAP.
