This is with reference to My Reliance CDMA Prepaid Mobile No. 9313522141 to which I liked to convert into Airtel GSM Prepaid through MNP. In context to that I have generated UPC Code RDMG57UT & submit the documents to Airtel Dealer on 20th Jan for porting. After 7 days he returned back my documents without mentioning any reason to me after doing great follow up with him. When I speak to the customer care of Airtel they suggested me to submit my documents along with the request directly to their Airtel Store.

Than again I made a request through their Airtel Store "Elegance Distribution" by generating the new UPC Code RD129958 on 1st February. After doing repeatedly follow ups & visiting this store around 4-5 times they cannot able to state the reason why my no. was not converted into Airtel till 16th Feb.

Than again I made the third request to another Airtel store "Sanchi Infotel" on 17th Feb by submitting my documents & generating UPC code RD173491 for the third time but till today my mobile no. is not registered is with Airtel & due to this reason they neither can track the status of my MNP request nor they can register my complaint for this irregularity.

Even their store people can't able to tell exactly where my all the requests are stucking up instead they are giving me the vague excuses regarding technical problems just to buy more time. Talking to their customer care is another headache as if I ask them to get us speak to their senior since they are unable to solve my problem they just keep you on hold & disconnect your phone call after 15 minutes of good waiting time that some of their senior will come on to that phone call.

This is ridiculous as this is not expected from the No.1 service providor of this industry.

I would like to request Higher Officials to make some controlling point for these kind of irregularities as until & unless there is no controlling point, this MNP service will not be at all beneficial for Indian Customers.

I would also request you to kindly look into this matter so that this problem can be resolved at earliest.
