I have raised a network/call drop out issue for my mobile last year jan, but there was no action taken till dated but the complaint was closed this year feb without any notice. I end up in paying 10 calls for making 1 making call, especially STD/ISD . But, no waiver nor the issue was resolved.
iam trying to escalate to TRAI, any idea on the complaint nos.? I tried escalating to airtel but no luck.
