Alance deduction

Hello... my number is 8894225205... the airtel service provider has again started creating a nuisance by deducting my balance uselessly...

since last 3 months they have been constantly deduting my balance for some 'yuvraj singh updates'...

i tried calling the customer care but they simply do not connect my number to the customer care executive...

its my humble request to plz find a solution to such a problem... i am tired of getting my number recharged everytime they deduct the balance..
