Hi sir,

i'm mohd. fardeen khan with a airtel connection 9997186023.

my problems are very strange

that firstly i'm unable to contact airtel customer care whether to dial 198 or 121 there is no announcement of talking with customer care n call get disconnect.

second problem is this that my balance is getting decrease since last three days with 30 paisa and sometimes with 50 paisa

while i have no any active service on this number.

sir i'm sick n tired of using airtel...

i want my money back otherwise i'll never use airtel. please help me to tell me why is this being done only with me..
