MY AIRTEL MOBILE NO . IS 8894224759. I M USING 2GB FREE INTERNET SERVICE OF AIRTEL WITH MOBILE OFFICE (APN: airtelgprs.com) PAYING 98RS.ON 25/4 0800 PM MY AIRTEL BALANCE WAS 120.00 RS NEXT MORNING WHEN I SAW MY BALANCE IT WAS NIL.I COMPLAINT THE MATTER TO AIRTEL CARE BUT THEY GIVE NO SATISFACTORY RESPONSE. FIRST TIME THEY SAY THAT OUR SYSTEM IS NOT UPDATED WE WILLGIVE U RESPONSE BY AN SMS WITHIN 12 HRS NEXT TIME THEY SAY U HAVE BEEN CHARGED FOR DOWNLOADINGON MOBILE OFFICE (airtelgprs.com SETTINGS FOR USING 2 GB FREE INTERNET), THIRD TIME THEY SAY THAT YOU HAVE BEEN CHARGED FOR USING SETTINGS OF AIRTEL LIVE.I FOUND NO SATISFACTORY RESPONSE.I AM CONFIRMED THAT I HAVE BEEN USING INTERNET BY MANUALLY ENTERED SETTINGS OF 2GB FREE I.E MOBILE OFFICE.

IN THE ABOVE PARA I WANT TO ADD, TRUTH IS THIS THAT WHEN THERE IS BALANCE AVAILABLE THEY DEDUCT USING UNFAIR MEANS SOME TIME AS DESCRIBED ABOVE AND SOME TIME BY SUBSCRIBING UNACCEPTED SERVICES
