Request to Block the sim card

Dear service team,

Hi, this is Rajesh Agarwal having prepaid connection no 09967154662. 4 days before I lost my mobile and request the Airtel team to please block this Sim card on priority.

However, if there is any other process for blocking SIM card, please update with the same on priority. Also confirm me process for issuance of duplicate SIM Card and also charges for the same.
