Worng bill and Harasment

Hi,

I was using Airtel connection from 17th Jan to 18th April and i had paid 2, 023.96 Rs in Advance for three month. I had informed them that i am not going to use this service form 18th April. But they had not cancel this connection and not given to service to me. On 19th April they inform that they cannot cancel this connection. You (me) can give this connection to your friend. When i was not ready they told me that he will not cancel the connection but you (me) have not to pay single money to Airtel.

But i received Bill on 11 May. But i haven't use connection from 18 April. I have lot of email communication proof which can prove my statement true.

They are forcing me to give money. Please help me from Airtel.
