Airtel not allowing porting

Sir,

I am using Airtel - prepaid mobile card (Mobile No. 9791074199) since 2008. Recently I requested for porting this to BSNL. Airtel has rejected this request and the only information provided is, the request is rejected due to contractual obligations. They are not providing any information on what is contractual obligations and how to solve them. They are not even allowing my calls to customer care and neither responding to emails.

I am very much disappointed with their customer service.

Please looking into this.
