Issues with network delay in posting

Hi Airtel, Vodafone,

I am Pallavi Madhavrao Sunkari, taken airtel postpaid connection (7738346900) in 2010. In Jan we have shifted to our own apartment (Waghbil Naka, GB Road Thane west -400607 from Kolshet Thane- west.

Since then I am facing following problems.

Zero network in Bedrooms except living room

No matter it is incoming or outgoing, the call gets disconnected several times

Sometimes when somebody calling me, had diifferent experiences like - 1. MY MOBILE NUMBER IS NOT IN USE, 2. SWITCHED OFF, 3.IT IS RINGING, but no call to me.

I have raised complainst twice in the last 7 months and nothing was done, then I have decided to change the service provider.

I have called up airtel customer care for Unique porting Number (195364) with expiry date on 20th August since then i got 4 calls from airtel customer care asking for reasons for porting. Everytime I tell them the same story and requested for immediate porting. I have put request at Vodafone office - Manpada -thane west on 13th August and submitted all required documents.

Vodafone representative said I can use new SIM from 22nd august onwards, today morning (23rd August) when I have checked and found that Vodafone SIM is still inactive.

Today I got another call from Airtel customer care representative asking why I am shifting to another service provider, when I told everything and questioned him why so many people are calling again and again and asking the same question. Is Airtel system is not good enough to record customer version once, Do airtel thinks we don't have any work except answering same old questions. And the Airtel customer care representative rasies as complaint and request to wait for maximum 4 hrs to get the issue resolved and incase not satisfed with the services then can go for porting. My request is treated as "Complaint" and due date provided by representative is 29th august.

My question to AIRTEL when i have raised request for porting, why airtel guys treating as complaint and why nothing was done when i have raised as compliant before porting request. And why Airtel customer care representative calls me again and again and why new complaint with new due date is logged in the system and WHAT HAPPEN TO MY PORTING REQUEST?

I called Vodafone customer care representative, they don't have any information on the same, despite I have submitted all the documents on 13th august and paid more than Rs.300 for registration and porting purpose and Why we have to call any customer care prepresentative for status updates and explain entire story and still no information is provided.

Airtel/ Vodafone- please have a system to update us through SMS on the request made.

Once for all, I am telling Airtel, please complete all formalties required for porting. I don't want any complaints to raised now.

Vodafone guys please update me on porting status, when I can use New SIM card?
