I faced tremendous problems last year in outgoing and incoming calls. When I reported to Airtel customer care they informed me that it was due to Network upgrade and will keep my number under scrutiny. Then I reported for my waiver of the charges they charged for such calls (there were many STD calls and Local calls which I made were diverted to some other persons) - they didn't turned back on it and I stopped paying for such calls - now they charge the late fee and other charges every month.
I did follow up with the customer care at Mehsana (Mr. Jayesh Prajapati) several times ended up with no result - they gave some commitments but without any result. At last Mr. Jayesh Prajapati asked me to talk to a Manager, who will resolve this - but again ended up with no result except commitments.
Now I receive calls from Airtel Call center for the outstanding payment - again I repeat the same story daily but nobody can resolve it as they keep on saying that I will report your issue on system - but unfortunately the system cannot do anything further -- can anybody resolve this as early as possible or else I need to stop this number.
