I had originally posted a concern on 16th June against Libra Communications for their indefinite delay in getting the ownership and subsequent prepaid to postpaid plan changed. This issue is still unresolved and even after emailing [email protected] as instructed, there has been no response. For this reason, I am posting the complaint afresh. Hope it would evoke a response soon from Airtel presence.
