I am facing a problem with your company. I have been using your service for quite some time. Recently I have activated 3G service in my Mobile. The activation done on 16th June @ 12.41pm. On 20th I have received a text msg. @ 7.55pm, saying that I have crossed my limit, were I had to pay Rs.2968

On 21st June, I have contacted the customer service and spoke to Ms. Kalaranjani, the floor supervisor and asked for details, was told since the bill generation date is on 21st, she can only able to give the details on 23rd June.

I have tried to call her on 23rd, but could not reach her, so I spoke to Ms. Thangraji, was she was able to give some details, but still she could not exactly locate the problem.

23rd @ 6.49pm I have received a text msg. saying that my outgoing service is temporarily withdrawn, and asking to pay Rs.4300 with in 6 hrs to continue the service. Unbelievable

I have a dedicated internet land line with Wi-Fi with unlimited plan, plus I have a data card for my Laptop. Does any body do the down loading spending Rs.4000 on Mobile? (My mobile works on Wi-Fi too @ home)

24th I have contacted @ 7.37am, they took this as a compliant and sent me an sms saying that Airtel will get back to me on 28th June by 14.30 hrs.

The temporarily withdrawn msg. was not noticed by me, since I left early on 24th to an outstation. When I tried to contact my 13 year old daughter, who was in Australia (We are Australian Citizens) for all these years, doing schooling in Coimbatore, with whom my only contact is only through mobile. Since my wife is still in Melbourne, my daughter is very much of need of my guidance at every stage of a day, In India. But, I could not even contact her until I come home at night by 9pm. She left all alone from 9 am till 9pm.

24th when I called again @ 10.24pm, even then they could not solve my problem, again they had given me a compliant no F887652889, saying concern department will contact me and sent me a sms “hoping my query has been solved to my satisfaction” Unbelievable.

25TH @9.09am somebody called, but it was disconnected in a second, only I came to know that call was from Airtel, when I got an sms asking my satisfaction about the interaction with Janaki Raman. Unbelievable.

I want to solve this problem and contacted desperately your customer service so, so, so many times, but, till now, no one contacted me & the contacted persons were not in a position to explain how I got this huge amount in 3 days time.

After whole day of frustration in contacting my daughter, which drew me mad with your organization.

After this long letter, I know, I am going to get an automatic reply, which will say, the concern dept. will contact me such and such date, time bla…bla…bla but nothing is going to happen. I don’t how to solve the problem.

I have sent out this compliant letter last month my email to Air Tel, since then no body contacted me reg. this issue. It is going to be one month now.
