Hello sir,
i had purchased airtel prepaid sim card of sim number 8991541102133708273H-2 and mobile number 9793883186 on 11th june i had given my id proof and photo sim activated on but when after 20 days i called the customer care on 198 to verify my details they told me that the simcard is not on my name, and they told me to ask the sim dealer, i asked dealer about that he told me there is a chance of mistake with distributor or something, than i went to the nearest airtel office and resubmitted my documents but i still dont know where my photo and id proof went and also i want to know if anyone is illegally using simcard on my id should be blocked immediately.
