Can't receive SMS from IDEA, can't create ISD call, can't call to customer care

HI Sir,

1. My friend is sending SMS from IDEA no (West UP) but I am not reviving any SMS.

2. I can't call to ISD (Brazil) no. Always say that number is busy when i call. While by another mobile same time call connected.

3. Finally If I want to call customer Care about this problem. When I call to 121 and press 3 9 and she asked to continue press 1 then i press 1 and then transfer call and call automatically Disconnected since one week.

Note- I will not available 8:30 AM to 6:00PM (Mon to fri)
