Wrong commitment of services

Dear sir,

i already complaint you regarding my service provider wrong committment of BBM services.first of all thank you for help.they already take action and confirmed their mistake.but my incoming and outgoing servces are not yet start and my payment of rs 9600 is not revert back .due to barred of all services my daily life is suffering.
