Deduction in balance for VAS without any request

I have airtel prepaid mobile number 9996227323. The reason for complaint for the company is that anytime without any request the company activate any value added service on the number and deduct charges from the balance. After calling to customer care every time they said you had ask for activating the service by pressing specific codes for example *1234# but i am not using any such codes from my mobile any time and even i am not respond to any message or call from the company for any such services. I disconnect all the calls and delete messages without reading from the company.

1. First instance is in March secific dates not known when Rs. 1 per day deducted for 10 days. Confirmed that charges deducted will be credited in the account but discontinued the faciltiy but no balance credited in the account.

2. Second instance of 27/07 when Rs 10 deducted and deactivate the facility but when asked for charges deducted customer care employee disconnect the call without any answer.

3. Latest instance is of 19/08 and 20/08 when Rs. 2 and Rs 10 deducted from the balance when i call customer care on 25/07 after checking balance they denied of refund of the balance deducted.
