Sir,

I sent a request for top up of 100/- for my airtel phone mobile no:862861922.The request was accepted for payment vide Tid=MB05 020141218515. The amount was deducted from my primary account. Further got a SMS for successful transaction vide Tid=MB05 020141218515.But I didn't get any balance in my mobile account. on 31 Aug 11 I also sent the problem through SBI feedback but there was no result from them yet. So please help me and do the needful.
