This is in regard to postpaid airtel cug no. 9971117200. I also have another postpaid airtel no. 9810378520.

The credit limit on mu cug no. was Rs. 1200. But due to some reason the the credit limt got exceeded. But the company concerned did not bar the services immediately. Instead they kept on charging me for the use which I was unaware of. Then the called me and said that my incoming as well as outgoing have been barred and I will have to pay a bill of rs. 5000 to resume the services. My point here is that what is the use of a 'CREDIT LIMIT' then. If you don't bar the service the moment the limit is crossed then its purpose is nothing but to lead customers astray. Airtel also stopped my other no. on non - payment of the bill. There is no provision of checking the data used in postpaid no. You get to know the data you have used only when the bill comes. This is cheating the customer in broad daylight. All of this has caused me great inconvenience. It is highly irresponsible attitude that Airtel has displayed. I would like immediate redressal of my complaint. I will not recommend Airtel to any mobile user out there.
