Deduction of Money

Sir,

i am user of airtel (9589234244)

Gurukul (11-sep-11), Airtel Alerts (15-sep-11), Airtel Friends Chat (17-sep-11) services are activated automatically from your side without my permission. I called customer care 2 to 3 times but their is no response from airtel customer care department.they gave me complaint number i.e. "CBDCC30911550748" (Date 11-sep 2011) and they told me that my complaint will solve up to 12-sep-11 at 13:18.

So please kindly look over this illegal deduction of money from airtel on my number (9589234244)
