No out going

Dear Sir,

I had called airtel 50 times in 2 months, my landline no is 0124-4102348, it's outgoing is closed. Airtel people say's there is outstanding in this accont, I only want the duplicate bill copy & accurate a/c no. of this particular landline on my mail id i.e [email protected].

This is an humble request to you please do the needful ASAP.I have to pay the bill & get my number in use.
